이은숙 X 허이나 콜라보 기획전 '삶, 실, 빛'

  실과 빛으로 각자의 뭉친 삶의 응어리를 풀어내는 두 작가의 첫 콜라보 전시 두 작가는 각각 다른 시대와 삶을 살았지만 예술로 뭉친 것을 풀어내며 스스로와 세상을 치유하는 작업을 이어가고 있다.

  죽음의 문턱에서 절실함으로 실을 쏟아내듯 풀어내며 새로운 삶을 이어갈 수 있었던 이은숙 작가 숨막히는 정답사회를 탈출하듯 뛰쳐나간 여행에서 얻은 평안의 감정을 빛으로 풀어내는 허이나 작가

  한 때는 누군가의 삶의 공간이었고, 현재는 예술과 일상을 연결하는 통로가 되고 있는 오매갤러리에서 두 작가가 풀어내는 실과 빛이 첫 만남을 가진다. 어떤 이의 방이었을까, 어떤 웃음과 눈물, 희망과 꿈을 꾸던 집이었을까. 이 곳에 머물렀던 누군가의 숨결, 그 삶의 흔적을 예술적 상상으로 되살리고 실과 빛으로 품으며 감싸 안는다. 현재를 사는 관객이 공간에 들어서는 순간 관객의 형상과 그림자를 통해 공간에 일렁임이 생기고 과거와 현재를 잇는 삶, 실, 빛의 물결이 감싸안는 또 하나의 오브제가 된다.

Lee eunsook X Hur Ina 'Life, Thread, Light'

  The first collaborative exhibition of two artists who unravel the core of their lives with thread and light. They each lived in different times and lives. However, they have one thing in common that they continue to work on healing themselves and the world by unraveling the clumps within themselves through art.

  Lee eunsook, who was able to overcome the pain of death caused by burns and continue her new life by releasing threads with desperation. Hur Ina, who expresses the peace of mind in light gained from her journey to escape from a suffocating society that only demands correct answers. Omae Gallery, which was once a space for someone's life, is now becoming a channel connecting art and daily life. At this place, the thread and light unleashed by the two artists meet for the first time.

  Who's the room was it, what kind of laughter, tears, hope, and dreams were the homes of people? The breath of someone who stayed here, the traces of their life, are revived with artistic imagination and embraced with thread and light. As soon as visitors who live in the present enter the space, their shapes and shadows create vibrations in the space and become another object that is embraced by the wave of ‘life, thread, and light’ that connects the past and the present.
